Copy format from one project to another

Followed a google result for Dorico but didn’t seem to work. I want settings from one project to import into another to reduce workload. Is that possible?

This one, but it seems to only copy layouts internally, not project to project. My workaround was to past project b into project a and then erase project a.

Google doesn’t always give you the current version of the help! It’s the help page from 2.2.20, which is a couple of years out of date by now.

Try the library manger! That’s the ticket to almost all the questions regarding transfering settings from project to project.

Also, try searching the online help directly, rather than Google.

Thank you so much. I have been seeking online help but I didn’t want to become cumbersome. The library manager looks amazing.

Here’s the latest online manual for Dorico Pro 5.1 – I’d recommend bookmarking it, and searching it directly. It’s quite flexible on search terms.
