Copying markers to another file is a very useful addition to WL but works according to where the cursor is.

Is it possible for WL to also identify files of same length and if the length is same for files A and B then the paste can work from cursor at any place?

Even otherwise, I think the copy-paste function has to be working by default this way and not depending on cursor position.

Doesn’t it work with the Copy/Paste function in Markers Tab ?

Yes, but it works depending on where the cursor is. The question was if 2 files are of same length, if WL can paste marker to new file ignoring cursor position.

Not sure what you mean. This function has no dependency with the cursor position.

Not copying by itself, but pasting the markers is dependent.
I could see a possible option to select something like “Paste Markers at Original Position” and “Paste Markers at Cursor Position”.

You are right. The current naming is misleading. At least it should be renamed, or as you suggest, there could be more options. I take note.
