When i copy a MIDI part to a new track the sustain information is not copied with it.
Is there a setting to help me accomplish this?

How exactly do you do it, please?
Do the Copy & Paste in the Project window (arranger area), please. Then all data are going to be copied.
There were some issues between the MIDI cc for sustain and sustenuto between my various keyboards and software instruments.
