Copy paste SINGLE automation point

Hi guys,
I’m trying to copy-paste one single automation point inside the same automation track, but I can’t. I can do it without problems with a group of several automation points, or a range of them, but not with a SINGLE point.
This is very useful when you want to start some automation with exatly the same value than in another part of the same track.
Is that possible?

Hm - I couldn’t do it either. But there is a simple workaround: if you select the single point you can see its value in the infoline. So you just draw in another single automation point and go to the info line and type in the same value as before…

Thank you very much for the answer. Yes, I know that method, and in fact that’s what I usually do, but is quite time-consuming.
