Correct me if I’m wrong, but didn’t there used to be “Copy Selected Channels” as a command when you right-clicked in the MixConsole?
I see Save and Load selected channels which has its uses, but i would like to quickly COPY the settings from a certain range of channels in the MixConsole, and PASTE those settings into another set of channels without having to save/load any files.

The whole right-click has been completely reworked. There are several (and long) threads here on the forum, complaining the changes. Maybe you will find it there. Or you can just to it there to the list.
