Does copy staff spacing only work from a lower page number to a higher page number? I tried to do it from a higher page number to a lower page number and it doesn’t seem to work.
No, Copy Staff Spacing does work in both directions. Perhaps there’s some confusion over how the dialog works? You need to make sure you set both the ‘To page start’ and ‘To page end’ values properly: e.g. to copy from page 3 to page 2 only, you need to set both ‘To page start’ and ‘To page end’ to 2.
I tried that, still not working. I want to copy staff spacing from page 11 (4 systems) to page 1 (5 systems). Maybe you have to have the same number of systems on both pages.
You do indeed need to have the same number of systems on the destination pages as on the source pages.
