I want to copy and paste, but is there a way to copy the time signature information that has changed along the way? Or do I have to enter the time signature information beforehand?
Have you tried copying using the System Track? If you just want to copy time signatures, highlight the music as usual with the system track (Steinberg) then filter for time signatures and copy/paste.
Thank you for your advice. I managed to do it! But it doesn’t work if you select the area to copy normally and then hold down the option key while clicking. Is it because the selection isn’t made?
Could you elaborate a bit about what exactly you’re trying to do? If you want to select time signatures and nothing else, you can also select one time signature and do Select More (Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+A). It will select all other time signatures in the flow that you can then copy and e.g. paste into a new project.
