if i copy a file to an adjacent track ( synced in time ) using alt/drag . . both instances are locked and cant be worked on separately this does not happen if the instances are not synced this also happens with track duplication regards reg ---

removed all the tracks of that folder into a similarly named folder and the issue disappeared ??? it appears that the containing folder was corrupt ?? ( for whatever reason ) or some set condition for that folder . . would like to know if anybody knows thanks reg ---

You may have had group editing enabled for the first folder… the k key toggles it on and off so you could have accidentally hit it. Unless you’re talking about the file folder, then I’m not sure what’s going on with it.
