I’m on Mac Sequoia and the latest version of Cubase. I’m having a persistent crash issue when copying chord blocks within the chord track itself. This is mainly down to me using tonalic which relies on the Chord track. Its a pain to manually input the chord events. Is anyone else having this issue?
Your problem has already been addressed in the Steinberg forum.
Copying chord blocks in the Chord Track often causes a crash when using the combination of Cubase 15, Tonalic (ARA), and macOS Sequoia, because the plug-in loses the external timing/chord routing when clip instances on the Tonalic track are dynamically modified or overwritten.
FYI I’ve found that using copy and paste is a lot more stable than trying to drag the chord blocks.
