Core midi starts the spinning wait cursor

Good Morning,
after a clean install of Cubase 8 on Mac Os X 10.9.5, the splash screen stops, showing the spinning wait cursor when loading “core Midi”.
Any suggestion?

PS: updated to 8.0.10. Now stops for 4-5 minutes, then starts after saying “could not connect to core midi. You should restart your system”.
Obviously i’ve already tried, but nothing has changed.

I have the same issue…whit cubase 8.0.2, i think after update Yosemite 10.10.4
