Corrupted Audio Track Waveform Image

Had this a couple of years ago… forgot how I fixed it. But it’s back. I record a track and the image makes it look like it was recorded +30db. Totally distorted. Yet the track sounds fine and open the Sample Editor and it looks fine.

I thought if I deleted the files in the Images folder and re-opened the CPR, Cubase might redraw, but no luck.

Any ideas?
