Is there a way to get all cowbell noteheads closed? I’m seeing them default to closed for 8th, and greater, notes; open for 16th and lesser values.
I’ve looked through the percussion kit setup and can’t find a way to change it to assign the same notehead for all values.

Don’t override the noteheads manually. You can edit the appearance of the playing techniques for the cowbell instrument directly:
Thank you, I understand how to set a playing technique, but how does one set it for a specific note length when there is nothing shown in the default dialog? Where are the open vs. closed noteheads coming from?
