Yeh i dont ever save any projects with Spectrallayers now. Shame!
It is a shame; project portability, as already noted, is one of the key concerns hereā¦ Rendering/bouncing workarounds/solutions goes against all the convenience and ease ARA support was supposed to bringā¦ same with using Melodyne ARA.
Maybe C12.? Maybe laterā¦ too much dev time swallowed up sorting out the new licensing technology to devote any effort to fixes for this, I reckon. Weāll seeā¦
I Like SpectralLayers 8 Pro, Iāts full of AI. Two ch. and unmixing 30 min live audio grows the .cpr from 3.5 MB to 3.4 GB. Export, Import, Chopping files, Merging files, just like in the old tape days but without tape. Just get over it!
