10.0.10 Pro on Windows 10. Had a video track up and was using Groove Agent SE. Dragging patterns into the timeline and spotting to the video. All was working well. Then I opened a browser to check something online and Cubase crashed. No dump file created.
Previously I have never had Cubase crash, but since V9.5 I find Cubase Pro just crashes with an absolute immediate exit, so no dump file created. The latest Pro 10.0.10 has not resolved it. There doesn’t seem to be anything repeatable that causes a crash, it just does it regularly.
The only solution is to set the auto back up to 5 minutes, and save after all significant edits until Steinberg sort out the instability they introduced in 9.5.
