Hi,

Could you please attach the source *.crash file to be able to compare, if it’s the very same crash?

Sure thing, where are crash logs located? (MacOS)

Here are the crash reports, let me know what you find

Hi,

Do I understand you right, you have assigned the “Track Preset > Next” command from the Project folder, please?

Reported to Steinberg CAN-32112.

Correct yes

Hi,

Can I ask you for one more detail here, please? Did it crash once you hit the Key Command for the first time or always for the 2nd time or later, please? Thanks

Hi Martin, Sorry for the late reply. It crashed every time when I hit the key command. It never got to a 2nd time or a later time after hitting the key command. hopefully this was resolved in Cubase 11? I haven’t upgraded yet. I’m waiting to see what reviewers say.

Hi @Tomateck, @olivero54,

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to reproduce it here before. It should be fixed in C11.0.10 now.

Do some of you have Cubase 11 already, please? Could you confirm the fix in Cubase 11.0.10, please? Could you try with Cubase 11.0.10 Trial, please?

Hi Martin,
I confirm that Cubase 11.0.10 solve the problem. Thanks for your support
