I have the Dorico Diagnostics.zip but I don’t feel comfortable sharing the responsible midi file here…

You can send both the diagnostic reports and the MIDI file to me by email at d dot spreadbury at steinberg dot de. Please let me know how to reproduce the crash in your email. Thanks!
