Crash on export

I’ve started experiencing crashes on export/mixdown - the exact same kind that was reported on this forum more than a month ago: Crashes During Export - Cubase - Steinberg Forums

The tech (Martin) stated he’d inform Steinberg. Where is the follow up? Where is the fix? And why is there no proper way to report bugs, other than forum posts?

I’m starting to feel like an involuntary beta tester and am considering asking for a refund for my C10 upgrade.

I started the original thread on this
I installed the recent update 10.0.10
It fixed the crashes I was experiencing while downsampling during an export

Thanks a lot Dvanness, I’ll give that a try. That’d be at least one on my three major bugs fixed. You can probably tell from the tone of my message, so far I have found C10 rather frustrating. Hope you’re having more luck
