Some people upload such files to a cloud system (Dropbox or other) that allows anyone to download it, other send the files directly to Ulf (u dot stoermer at steinberg dot de) or Daniel (d dot spreadbury at steinberg dot de).

We’ve seen this crash once before but as yet don’t know what the circumstances are under which it occurs. Thanks for providing the diagnostics.
