Crash on startup Cubase 11

Hi.

Almost every time I start Cubase the first time after re starting my computer it crashes. Then the 2nd time it will be fine.

The 2nd time I start it up I get the following message.

My specs are
Macbook pro 13 inch 2019
OSX 10.15.7
2.8 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7
16 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3
Cubase 11.0.0.30

And the crash report is attaced.

I had this exact same thing for a long time since 11 was released. As of a week ago it’s stopped doing it. I’ve done nothing different. No new plugins. No change in anything. That’s the weird thing about cubase. No idea why it doesn’t crash now. Same project etc
