Crash when switching to 64 bit float

Hi !
Im using cubase pro 10.0.15 on windows 7 pro 64 bit with focusrite scarlett 6i6 interface
and when i go in studio setup and i switch the processing precision to 64 bit float it crashes Cubase ? ive attached the crash dump
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
