Crashes on Startup C12

I have requested assistance and submitted a request and no one has replied in over a week now, is this usual for poor service?

Yes, for ‘poor’ service that is the standard,. For other types of service though not. lol

Thanks Steve, I’ve recently upgraded to Cubase 12 pro but on start up it crashes. Have requested assistance by submitting a request and no reply
