I have a Dorico file that kills the computer everytime I try to open…it is too large to load here (4.7) , but this is the message (partially)

Any ideas?

You know the protocol… Upload your diagnostics so the team can take a look.

That looks like a crash in the video engine. Please send the project file to u dot stoermer at steinberg dot de. We can take out the video data and make it loadable again.

I’ve sent you back a project file where the video is detached. How is that doing with you?

And also, as Janus already mentioned, please choose from Dorico’s menu Help > Create Diagnostics Report and post the corresponding zip file. Thanks

Hi.

I will try on the problem computer later this morning. And I hadn’t used the diagnostic report menu before; now I have been made aware. Thank you for your kind help
