Crazy Layout after Importing Flow

I have a Flow shown in screenshot ‘s1’ that looks OK but when imported into an existing project looks messed up as in screenshot ‘S2’. I have tried paying with various Casting off settings in D Elements but nothing helps. Does anyone have any idea as to what I may be doing wrong?

Hi @Mav6215a, probably (in s2, the first screenshot) you have a Frame Break in bar 3 (inherited from the original flow, which it has a Frame Break at bar 3, as we can see in s1, the second screenshot).

Go into your new project (s2) and delete the Frame and System Breaks (since it seems you are using a very different Page Setup, it would be better to let Dorico take care of the casting off, etc…)
Doing a Reset Layout in Engrave Mode will polish all manual breaks.

To avoid the choir system (as in s2 left page), you can deactivate Only justify final system in flow when more than x% full in Layout Options>Note Spacing.

Thanks for that.

I had removed a Frame Break at the start of s2 but, where I was zoomed in, hadn’t seen two others. Once they were deleted and followed your other suggestions all seems good now.
