Create frames with key commands

I was creating these music frames as a practise and exporation for a future worksheet. Is there any way in Dorico to create similar music frames (or even more) without using the mouse+click? This one above looks very clumsy at the moment, I know, and it took loads of time to adjust exact parameters with mouse+click.

I would not try to make the frames the same with the mouse. I usually just approximate the frame when I enter it and then use the Properties panel to adjust the actual dimensions numerically.
