Create Montage - From All Audio File Tabs - Only Stereo

It seems that create audio file from all open audio file tabs is only for stereo.

When I create montage from 3 mono tabs, the first two options from below picture does not work. The highlighted options work only if one of the tabs is stereo.

When I choose last two options (Stack Each and Offset on) a montage is created with an empty stereo track.

When I set save later, the below pop up appears.

Test Files.zip (833.2 KB)

It would be conveniant, if the mono-file would be automatically transformed into a stereo-file. Obvious things should be as easy as possible.

That can be a feature some users may want.

However, when there are a few mono files, it is not possible to create a montage using the first two highlighted options (unless one of the file tabs is stereo).

There is a work around. Create first a montage. I don’t want to track. Drag the mono files to that track.

Yes that works, I was only testing this feature.

I always open montage and import files. (Unless it is a single open file in the editor)

But I believe it would be worthwhile to consider opening a montage of mono files from tabs if the option is available.

In WaveLab 13.0.30, it will be possible to create an audio montage from mono ta files only, with the option you mentionned.
