Create wav file from decibel data

Is it possible to construct a waveform in wavelab 12 from data points from a sound level meter? I have read that Matlab can do it but I wonder if wavelab could do it.

This url points to a method but only generally how to construct.

Thoughts would be appreciated.

In WaveLab 12.0.20, there is the option to open (and save) a text file, with the samples represented as text.

Two examples (the start of the file is only displayed):
