Creating audio sample

Hey

How can I take a recorded sound or loop and turn this into a sound I can play on my midi keyboard across every note?

I saw some viral video of a guy sampling stuff on a plane journey and using all the noises in flight to make a tune.

This is possible since Cubase 9, thanks to the Sampler Track. See this video, please.
