Hello,
I am trying to copy an audio event which I would like to edit differently but didn’t find any results how to do it.
What I would like is to copy a part of the vocals and paste it into a new audio event. I found out how to make a new event by Alt Click, but when I paste nothing is pasted.
Can anyone help how to do it?

Alt-click-drag. To effect differently Convert To Real Copy may be needed depending on Prefs setting.
