So I’ve had a pretty good day, with finally being able to record audio (via guitar and mic) onto Cubase Elements 7. It’s a totally new system to me, so I’ve got that going for me.
One of the instructional videos talks about pre made drum maps that users can use (as well as being able to make their own), I’m finding it a bit hard to actually find the pre made drum maps.
Can somebody please point me in the right direction? While there’s a few videos on youtube about drum maps, it seems that not a lot of them are helpful, mostly because the teachers are using some other type of pluggin or something.
When I go to make a drum map, I’m hitting walls such as the diamonds go from red to white and often no sound is made after the 1st bar. Also I can’t quite work out how to get the high hat’s to sound in 1/4 notes while the snare for example to beat whole notes.
