Creating Vertical Lines in Slash Regions

Hey yall - I’d like to create a dotted vertical line at a specific barline, extending upwards to a coda symbol as shown below (I did this one in Sibelius).

I am able to create the above example in Dorico fine because there are notes––however, if I try to create a vertical line above a slash region instead of notes, it will not appear when I try to add it. Anyone know the fix for this?

I did figure out one workaround: creating slashes manually by changing the notehead and hiding the stem. Dorico seems to just have issues when it’s a slash region proper. Not sure why.

You can assign a horizontal line that is attached to barlines, then move it in Engrave.

Or use a Slash Voice for the last note. You don’t have to bother with changing the notehead and hiding the stem if you use a stemless Slash Voice. Then you can attach a vertical line to it. (Even though they appear identical, you can see where the green slash region ends and the slash voice begins.)
