Cross hairs are obviously useful for the Draw tool, but they would also be very useful for almost all the other tools as well. Most of the tools require some precision in placing the click target. Would be useful to make this an option to turn on. Seems like the dev cost would be minimal, and you could just reuse code from the draw tool.
