Something strange happen with crossfade that I havent seen before?
When I marked the two patterns beside each other and press “X” the crossfade move the second pattern a little bit to the left?
Is it some setting that I changed by misstake?

If the Audio events are not overlapping (they just share the same border) and if there is an audio material available, Cubase extend the Audio event to have a place, where to make the crossfade.
Thank you for your answer, I think I understand what you mean, but in this case it not just extend the pattern, it moves the right pattern to the left so it gets out of sync.
This has never happen to me before?

I have never seen, Cubase would shift the Audio Event in this case. It’s always just extended (if there is a signal available).
