I have been trying to buy cubase pro since last Wednesday, March 2nd 2022.
Owning one of the DAWs accepted in the crossgrade offer I submitted the evidence requested. It read the my request would be reviewed within 2 business days. So far no news or ways to check the status since I didn’t get a confirmation email.
There was a button to follow the status when I submitted the evidence but when clicking on it lead to a blank page, when I log in my account there no traces. I tried starting from the beginning the next day, exact same thing. So I logged a support ticket March 3rd 2022 and still nothing happening. Today is March 7th 2022 end of day. I really want to buy cubase pro. But seems like steinberg doesn’t want to sell it.
