Is there a way to have chords read as sus11 rather than 11sus?

OK, I see my own mistake. Obviously it’s a sus9. And the Dorico notation works perfectly.
If in some situation the Fsus11 were necessary I would write a Fsus9 and change de “9” by double-clicking in edit mode to 11 in the text option. That applies also for any other chord.
I feel like I’m an idiot (and I’m usually correct) but what notes are in an F11sus chord that are not in an F9sus?
