I am working in Cubase 9 on Windows 10 64 bit. I have purchased the update to windows 10 and have done the installation. The installation completes without any problems, but I don’t find Cubase 10. There is no icon on the desk top and no sign of it in apps. When I attempt to re-do the installation, I am informed that the installation is already complete. If I attempt to uninstall Cubase 10 it does not appear on the list of apps. Any ideas what has gone wrong here?

Try to reinstall Cubase. Make sure that:
- You download and install from the Full Installer.
- You unpack the ZIP file and install from the unpacked folder.
- Right-click to the installer and install as administrator.
