Hello Dear Friends. Maybe someone faced with such issue: Samplertrack is dissapeared. Ii is in list for adding track but i cant add it. In my country support dont know how to solve this issue. Thank you in advance. Issue starts at update Cubase 10.0.50 and after update to 10.0.60 it remains.
I cant drag and drop any audio file. It doesnt matter what bitsor khz it have.

Could you try in Cubase Safe Start Mode [Disable preferences], please?
If it doesn’t help, I would go to the Preferences folder and rename Cubase and also Groove Agent SE folders there.
Cubase Preferences folders are:
Mac: ~/Library/Preferences/Cubase X
Win: %appData% Steinberg/Cubase _X__64

You are in the correct folder. Rename “Cubase 10_64” to “2020_31_03_Cubase 10_64”. And do the same with the Groove Agent SE_64 folder, please.
By renaming these folder, you will get a backup of them. But they will not be used once you start Cubase again, so you will get factory settings of Cubase and Groove Agent SE.
