Cubase 10 /10.5 Audio pops

Hello, I noticed that when I bypass or turn on/off plugins(3d party), there are some audio pops in 10 and 10.5 versions.
I tried to change buffer settings & Asio Guard etc. with no result
( I didn’t have any problems such these with the same settings).

This doesn’t occur with Cubase 8.5.

Has anyone the same problem? Any suggestions?

This is while shifting the whole audio stream to compensate the plug-in delay. Already discussed here on the forum many times.
