In cubase 10.5.10 & update 10.5.12, the VST II instrument thumbnail display repeats redrawing.
No phenomenon occurs with cubase pro 10.5.

Operating environment: windows10 1909 GTX2070 Memory 32GB 4k monitor X2 Window scale 200% used.

I’ve been having this bug since 5 of February. Posted about it and the reply was that it cannot be reproduced at their end…
