CUBASE 10.5 ARTIST eLCC issues

Hi Steve
Hope this is what you mean. I dragged the file to this message box and it uploaded to attachments.
Cubase Artist 10.5.0.68 64bit 2020.5.6 14.25.08.259.dmp (577 KB)

When I open an existing project, that’s when the mouse freezes a little(usb connected), the comp says ba-dunk, the Steinberg box asking to select my Yamaha Steinberg Audio comes up. I hit enter or not, then Cubase freezes and closes.
Hope that helps.

Now that I know how to send you a crashdump, hope I’m not getting carried away with them

Hi,

It seems, there is no problem with the eLCC at all, if you can start Cubase.

Make sure your Audio Device driver is up to date, please.

I can see you have Cubase Artist 10.5.0 installed. Update to the latest Cubase 10.5.12, please. If it’s still crashing, upload a *.dmp file from Cubase 10.5.12, please.

I had reinstalled the OS on May 6th. Then:
Full Install Cubase 10.5
Hotfix 10.5.12
UR12 Firmware v 2.0.03
UR12 driver found in C:\program files (86)\Yamaha\Yamaha Steinberg usb driver\ysusb_asio_64.dll
Sound good?

I opened Cubase, selected project “other”, my latest creation, fully opened! I thought things were good, magically! THEN IN 5 SECONDS, IT CLOSED!
No error box, no crash dump.
Yesterday’s attempt is here.
Cubase Artist 10.5.12.123 64bit 2020.5.7 15.07.47.269.dmp (562 KB)

Martin? Steve? What do you think?

Here is the latest crashdump
