cubase 10.5 elements support

Hello everyone !

I purchased the cubase 10.5 elements tonight
The software was successfully installed and also working but I have a question,
i actually put the activation code that matches the trial-version [which they actually sent me via email before i bought the software but in fact i never took advantage of it] Because I still have not received from the company the activation code for the purchased-version.
And more than that, I don’t see the software appearing in my account in the “My products”.
very strange…What do you think is the problem?

You will only see the full version software license in your account, when you use the activation code.
The activation code comes with the purchase confirmation email.
