It´s the same computer, i uninstalled cubase al and instaled elementsI gues you told me that i had the wrong cubase installed that i should have 10 elements installed to do the upgrade?! i don´t have other computer.

Then please go to your MySteinberg and reactivate Cubase AI. (how did your Cubase AI license even disappear if you’re using the same computer?)
At no point until now did you show that you had a Cubase Elements 10 license. You showed that you had Cubase AI. That’s why I told you that you purchased the wrong upgrade. Now it’s clear that you simply didn’t have Cubase Elements 10 activated on this computer.
