I use Cubase 10.5.12 on a PC with WIN 10 Pro, and when I import a video into my project and press play everything starts but when I stop it cubase frezzes and I must stop the program with ctrl+alt+del , is there anyone who have a solution to this problem? I work a lot with composing music to videos I have made.

Please make sure you are using supported video format.
If it’s still crashing, use MicrosoftProcDump utility to generate DMP file and share it, please.
