Cubase 10.5 keeps crashing after using Cubase 10

After using a Cubase 10 project, Cubase 10.5 keeps on crashing! When i disabled all third party plugins, Cubase 10.5 starts normally.

Attach the source *.crash file, please.

Mac: macOS Console utility > User Reports folder or Crash Reports in macOS 10.15 (or ~user/Library/Logs/Diagnostic Reports).

Reported to Steinberg CAN-31399. It’s in GUI area.

When deactivating 3rd party plugins, Cubase does start normally!?

Yes, this is what @musicmaker777 confirmed in his very 1st post. Therefore I expected it will crash in plug-in, but it doesn’t. It crashes in Cubase.

Hi,

Both crashes are the same at the end. Some kind of ReDraw issue.

Solved! It was caused by a failing 3d party plugin. I changed my profile, and the plugin was "blacklisted. after scan i changed setting back and voila!

Mine crashes when it feels like crashing, it can work for hours and then BAAAM! as if Cubase developers forgot to put error handles in there code, but then again, C++ works within the domain of un-managed code as well…
so who knows, but I have been saving a backup every 5 mins. I don’t want to lose my musical ideas, they come with great effort lol!
