thanks for response! i restarted tons of times already. does cubase 10.5 not compatible with mac os ventura 13…4 maybe?

Hi,

Oh, you didn’t mention your OS at all. You are right, Cubase 10.5 doesn’t support macOS 13. Only Cubase 12 does. Try to download Cubase 12 Trial, please.
