Cubase 10.5 NOW

I want my 100 Euro back.

My e-licencer doesn’t start and things got bad.
I don’t care Steinberg. Be professional. Answer emails.
My software doesn’t exist in my e-licencer.

My money back.

First of all welcome to the Forum.

This is a user forum, so no one can give you back anything.

You did not say what release of Cubase you have, but from the price I guess it is Cubase 10.5 Elements. This is using the Soft eLicenser, which is some file on your disk. Did you change something or did you move to another computer?

What you definitely need to do is to reactivate the license. This is described here.

I bought the software ok.
It doesn’t exist in my Steinberg account… simply as that.

Please read what I wrote, no need to be rude here.

I want to communicate with the admin.
Or with someone in the Steinberg team.

I am here, because i can’t find a solution for my problem.

I posted the solution in my first response, again just read it.

Have you followed these instructions?
And that attitude will get you no where fast.

I don’t believe there will be any refund for a 10.5 release, that is more than six years old and not even supported anymore.

Just got out of bed, I’m still sleepy!

Again… i bought a product via my Steinberg account…
The e-licencer contacts with my account and retrieves the access…for my software. (With E-Licence number)
Since they can’t communicate, the software is missing.

Ok, since you do not want to answer questions and follow help suggestions I’m out here.

Good luck.

And because i didn’t find a solution from tickets and emails.
I can’t purchase something that it has no guaranty that it will exist in 1 year.

Then just go to the support section in the Steinberg page and good luck. This is a user forum. And do learn to behave in public. With your attitude nobody will help you. You haven’t answered a single question that people trying to help asked to you. This is a user forum where people help each other unselfishly, for free, not being Steinberg employees, independently of the fact that some of them sometimes write here.

Good bye and have a sad weekend.
