Cubase 10 Artist - Is it possible to put faders in different zones on the Lower Zone mix console?

To elaborate - When I press F3 and open up the external mixer, I am able to set visibility for any fader and to assign each fader to either the left, middle, or right zones.

However, when I open up the mix console within the main project screen, I can’t find any option to do the same thing.

Is this possible?

The lower zone mixer is like a mini mixer, not the full mix console.
