Hi! My Cubase (Windows 10) has worked well until yesterday, when the e-licenser suddenly complained about “no valid license”. I downloaded, installed the latest version of the licenser and rebooted the computer, but still cannot open Cubase. Any guidance on how to resolve this issue is very welcome!
Maybe time to upgrade to Cubase 13 Pro, but will the issue remain?

Is your elicenser dongle connected and lit up?
Can you open the elicenser control centre?
Does it show the license?
Yes, Dongle is lit up and I can open the e-lienser Control Center, but no license visible
Try the troubleshooting listed and if still no joy you may need Steinberg support to help you.
Unfortunately you won’t be able to run 13 upgrade without a visible license to upgrade
