Cubase 10 Pro crashing on export audio

I’m having a lot of crash with Cubase 10 Pro when i try to export audio, no matter what size it is it crashes all times.
I attached some diagnostics log .

These are other crash files, as far as I know. Could you attach the files from the User Report folder in the Console utility, please?

What is the settings in the Export Audio Mixdown dialog?

Here some crash files attacheds.

Settings for audio mix down dialog were:

  • audio file type - WAV
  • bit depth 32 bit
  • sample rate 44.1000
  • name and path the same of the project
  • pool and audiotrack thicked
  • channel exported = stereo out
  • audio engine = only real time esport (thicked)

Thanks in advance

Could you try in Cubase Safe Start Mode, please?

Reported to Steinberg CAN-23364.

It’s a bit weird, every single crash looks different.

Solved but with a different solution, i had to remove all crashed vsts on list, each by one until find the trouble maker. Rendered it and go on. Thanks for helping.

I have the same problem. Did you figure out which VST was the offender?

And, sorry for being uneducated, but where do i find Cubase crash logs on a Mac?

After some debugging: Toontrack AudioSender was the offender in my case. After removing the two AudioSender instances, everything worked just fine.

I’m having the same issue but I’m afraid this thread doesn’t make a lot of sense. Can someone provide more detailed information on how to find error logs and remove Toontrack AudioSender instances?

Mac: macOS Console utility > User Reports folder (or ~user/Library/Logs/Diagnostic Reports).
Win: Documents/Steinberg/Crash Dumps

Then it is likely a hardware issue. Bad cooling, problem with memory etc.
