Cubase 10 pro (elisencer) a cubase 12 pro

Hello good morning. I’m migrating from cubase 10 pro to cubase 12 pro and i can’t activate my new cubase.

The steps I follow are the following:

  • I run the download wizard
  • Enter the Download Access Code
  • It tells me to update my lencia
  • Opens the window to choose my elisencer, but the USB-eLicenser appears blocked and indicates the message: “No Selectable Upgrade License”

I don’t know what to do anymore, nor who to ask, I need to use my daw urgently.

Are you sure, you are owner of Cubase Pro 10? Isn’t your license other? For example Cubase Pro 10.5? You can find the exact license in the eLicenser Control Center.

Yes, sure. In fact, my product was registered in MySteinberg, and I downloaded it again from there. Unfortunately I can’t attach images here.

Please make sure the USB-eLicenser Number, Soft-eLicenser Number and or your MySteinberg email address are blurred on the screenshots.
