I’m importing a video into Cubase 10 Pro and the first five-ish seconds are getting cut off.
Weirdly, none of the audio is cut off. But Cubase is starting the video with the audio at the same time, so it’s out of sync with each other. Offsetting the audio by about five seconds syncs it perfectly, but again… missing the first five seconds of video.
I checked the video in the pool window. It’s actually shorter than its listed length in File Explorer (6:20 vs 6:26). Again, the associated audio file is the same.
Frame rate of the project is matched up. Bit depth is matched up. Anything else that I’m missing on a basic level?
